FIELD: powder metallurgy, particularly, compositions of mixtures for production of superhard materials at high pressures and temperatures. SUBSTANCE: mixture consists of layers of mixture of binding agent from intermetallides of copper and titanium CuTi, CuTi, and aluminides of copper and titanium CuAl, CuAl, TiAl, TiAl; abrasive mixture of powders of cubic boron nitrite and tungsten-free hard alloys of some composition and a layer of tungsten-free hard alloy of the same composition with the following amounts of mixture components, mas.%: binding agent mixture, 10-25; abrasive mixture, 30-25; tungsten-free hard alloy 60-50. The offered mixture is applicable in production of superhard composite materials used in mechanical engineering for manufacture of edge cutting tools. EFFECT: higher efficiency. |
