SUBSTANCE: to produce high strength material with decreased moisture absorption and high resistance to action of acid and alkaline mediums. new composition of material has rubber regenerate (50.0 - 100.0 mass shares ) as base and industrial wastes of rubber and / or nonstandard rubber materials (0.0 - 50.0 mass shares), as filler - water insoluble compound of aluminum, chromium, potassium oxides and silicon dioxide (0.1 - 0.5 mass shares ), cut-outs of synthetic coed (0.0 - 10.0 mass shares ), as vulcanizing agent - sulfur ( 15.0 - 30.0 mass shares), as vulcanization promoter - sulfenamide (2.0 - 4.0 mass shares). Rubber mixture vulcanization temperature is 170 - 190 C, vulcanization duration - 5 - 15 minuted.
