SUBSTANCE: product: derivatives of quinazoline showing antiproliferative effect (antitumor activity), methods of synthesis, pharmcompositions containing thereof and use of these compounds. These compounds inhibit cell proliferation in higher organism and in microorganisms (bacteria, yeasts, fungi). Preferable quinazoline compounds are able to inhibit enzyme thymidylate synthase and this effect involves action indicated above. EFFECT: improved synthesis, high effectiveness.
