The lifting gate (10) has a lifting platform (11) which is borne by lifting arms (12) and guide arms (13), and is moved with the aid of the hydraulic cylinders (14). The bearing of the lifting arms (12), of the guide arms (13) and of the hydraulic cylinders (14) is effected with the aid of a bearing pipe (15) which can be attached to the vehicle with brackets (16). The bearing pipe (15) is designed as a thin-walled pipe with large dimensions and arcuate walls, in particular as a circular cylindrical pipe and holds drive elements and control elements in its interior (33).
