FIELD: polymer compositions based on polyvinylchloride; may be used in manufacture of footwear, insulation and protective sheathing of wires and cables, linoleum, pipes and other products of industrial and household application. SUBSTANCE: polymer composition contains special-purpose additives and stabilizer. The latter is used in the form of stabilizer SINSTAD including chloroparaffins and salts of carboxyl acids in mass ratio of 30:1-1:1 with the following amounts of components, pass parts: polyvinylchloride, 100; special-purpose additives, 0.5-120; stabilizer SINSTAD including chloroparaffins and salts of carboxylic acids in mass ratio indicated above 0.5-50. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
