SUBSTANCE: method involves grain grinding and transporting flour in flour trucks; unloading flour into preliminary storage containers by pneumatic conveyors; transferring flour from preliminary storage containers into main and/or reserve accumulating containers by pneumatic conveyors and simultaneously conducting aspiration process. In the process of aspiration, at least some containers are connected to aspiration unit and/or one with the other for selective changeover through at least one airduct to obtain filtering surface area making 0.2 of its section. Filtering surface has differentiated capacity depending on dispersity of particles supplied to allow particles of at least 10 mm size to be separated from air. Method further involves preparing water and raw material for kneading; kneading and vacuumizing dough in auger-type press chambers provided with forced dough cooling system; forming dough; drying formed semi-finished product in drying chamber with climatic zones. Drying chamber has air conditioning system, condensate collector, pipeline system for discharging condensate and forced removal of air having temperature of 30-35 C and humidity of 62-82% from premises and/or into atmosphere. Forced dough cooling in the process of kneading, pressing, forming and air conditioning are conducted by connecting forced dough cooling system to refrigerating machine, whose circuit is additionally connected to running water supply pipe.
