<p>An electroluminescent arrangement comprising one or more organic layers, at least one of which is obtained by thermal or radiation induced cross-linking and each of which has at least one charge-transporting compound which may bear cross-linkable groups, in which one of the layer consists completely or partially of a cross-linkable fluorescing compound emitting fluorescent light in the wavelength range from 400 to 800 nm.</p>
