Universal special spanner set for tightening or loosening screws or nuts

The spanner set consists of different variants of the same principle. Namely a shaft which is offset (14) or cranked at one end joining a ring spanner at the offset end to an operating section at the other end. The ring spanner end consists of an enclosed toothed ring (1) on whose upper edge (2) is a cap (3) which has a central circular hole in it through which only the thread of a bolt to be loosened or fastened can project. At the other end of the shaft is a square sided projecting boss which matches a key which can either locate in a shaped slot within the boss or enclose it depending on the design. A strip of rubber on the edge of the boss can hold the key in position. A striking plate can also be supplied instead of the boss for hitting with a hammer.
