<p>A profile member for mounting double-faced panels, made of a resiliently flexible material and comprising a longitudinal spacer strip (7) and two longitudinal channels (6) on either side thereof. The strip includes a spacer wall and two side walls joining the spacer wall to the bottom of the side channels (6). Said profile member is shaped so that for it to be placed over the edges of two parallel plates or faces (9A, 9B), the spacer strip (7) must be resiliently bent in such a way that the side channels (6) are spaced apart and biased towards one another by the spring action of said spacer strip (7) while exerting a clamping force on the edges of said plates or faces (9A, 9B).</p> |
