The method for pine leave extract (I) consists of (1) boiling (I) in water at 90 degree.C for 3 hours and filtering, (2) boiling the residue in water at 100 degree.C for 1 hour and filtering, (3) mixing the filtrate of (1) and (2), (4) adding 5% egg white solution 20-40w% to the mexture, (5) homogenizing at 90 degree.C for 30 min., (6) separating tannin complex and supernatant (II) from homogenate, (7) condensing (II) under vacuum or (8) spray-drying (II) to get a pine extract (III). (III) has no astringent taste. |
