The method includes the processes of spraying of fine aluminum powder of the particle size of under 5 Pm on the surface of galvanized steel sheet just before the solidification of molten zinc, applying the powder in the quantity of 100 to 1,000mg/m2 on the surface of the plating layer, heat-treating at 400 to 600deg.C. The produced sheet is used for automobile, electric home appliances, building materials and structures.
