PURPOSE: To obtain powdery seasoning capable of giving flavor to food without changing essential food properties or texture and uniform seasoning for a short time to a food difficult of seasoning by adding highly sweet sweetener to seasoning and uniformly dispersing with mixing. CONSTITUTION: Seasoning to be a base of taste of food, such as soy sauce, fermented soybean paste, or extracts is added with 0.01-10.0wt.% one or more kinds of highly sweet sweeteners composed of a natural sweetener such as stevia, extract of licorice and thaumatin (extract of Thaumatococcus danielli), or a synthetic sweetener such as saccharine, aspartame and potassium acesulfame, and as necessary, 0.1-15wt.% spices and 0.01-5.0wt.% coloring agent are added, and uniformly dispersed by mixing to obtain the object seasoning capable of giving flavor to food without changing essential food properties or texture and uniform seasoning for a short time by adding in a preparing process for a food requiring a long time for seasoning. |
