PURPOSE: To obtain a portable terminal equipment having provision for plural different radio communication service sets. CONSTITUTION: Antennas 1, 2, 3 and RF circuits 4, 5, 6 connecting respectively to them have provision for different radio communication service sets. The RF circuits 4, 5, 6 are connected to an IC card I/F 7 to which an IC card 11 is mounted. A MODEM for modulating/demodulating a signal and a signal processing circuit for protocol processing are formed in the IC card 11. One portable terminal equipment has provision for different radio communication service sets by replacing the IC card 11. Furthermore, personal information such as a telephone number, a user ID number and identification information is registered in advance in the IC card 11. |
