PURPOSE: To easily fill plural recessed parts with fluid by adhering a porous sheet material to a building frame so as to cover the recessed parts thereof, and providing a cover for preventing leak of the fluid, and filling the porous sheet material with the fluid from a filling port provided in the cover so that the fluid filled in the porous sheet material is flowed into the recessed parts. CONSTITUTION: A porous sheet material 5 is adhered to the back surface of a framework 1 by the adhesive agent 4, and a cover 6 is adhered thereon. A filling port is provided at a part of the cover 6, and a nozzle 7 is fitted in the filling port. When the fitting resin R is filled from the nozzle 7, the inside of the porous sheet material 5 is fulfilled with the resin R, and the resin intrudes into cracks 3 from a clearance of the adhesive agent 4. In the case of filling the resin R, the porous sheet material 5 is sealed at the right and left ends thereof by the appropriate means. In the case of filling the resin R, an air discharging nozzle for discharging the air of the inside is provided. |
