<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a radar in which a data being written in a radar image frame memory through scanning can be erased by increasing the r.p.m. of an antenna without shortening the unit sweep conversion time or decreasing the number of antenna pulses. CONSTITUTION: More than three sets of coordinate conversion circuits and radar frame memory (4 and 5, 15 and 16, 17 and 19, and 18 and 20) are provided. Odd numbered scan data are written in the radar image frame memories 5 and 16 and even numbered scan data are written in the radar image frame memories 19 and 20. With regard to the radar image frame memories 5, 16 and 19, 20, the scan data is written on one side and erased on the other side thereof. Odd numbered sweep data is written in one of the radar image frame memories being fed with data and even numbered sweep data is written in the other of radar image frame memories. The data are synthesized at an image synthesizing circuit 21.</p> |
