An air-cleaning humidifier using a complex electrolyzer is provided to maintain humidity of air in a room, sterilize various germs in the air, and form fresh air in the room by connecting an air cleaner and an ultrasonic humidifier to a complex electrolyzer. An air-cleaning humidifier using a complex electrolyzer comprises: a complex electrolyzer(10) including an electrolysis part(E) which generates pure oxygen using alkaline water and discharges acidic water, and a pipe part(20) for circulating the acidic water and alkaline water; an air cleaner(30) for allowing air to pass through acidic water that has been supplied and stored into the complex electrolyzer; and a ultrasonic humidifier(40) for pulverizing and spraying acidic water supplied from the air cleaner. The air cleaner includes an acidic water tank(31) to which an acidic water discharge pipe is connected, an air inflow pipe(34) submersed into acidic water(32) in the acidic water tank, and air exhaust pipe(33) for exhaust air sterilized in the acidic water tank, and a suction fan(36) for sucking air through a filter(35) installed in the air inflow pipe. The electrolysis part comprises: a first electrolysis part(E1) including a first ion diaphragm(12) and a first positive electrode plate(13) disposed at both sides of a first anode chamber(14) to discharge acidic water generated by electrolyzing raw water supplied; and a second electrolysis part(E2) including a second ion diaphragm(18) which is installed between a cathode chamber(16) and a second anode chamber(19), and which has a negative electrode plate(15) and a second positive electrode plate(17) cohesively disposed on both faces thereof to generate oxygen and alkaline water by electrolyzing raw water moved through the first ion diaphragm of the first electrolysis part.
