PURPOSE: To obtain the washing add water-repelling agent useful for forming coating films rich in durability and water repellency on the coated surfaces of automobiles by adding a surfactant to a mixture emulsion produced by emulsifying a silicone resin, an adsorbable silicone oil, and dimethylsilicone oil. CONSTITUTION: This washing and water-repelling agent comprises (A) 0.01-20wt.% of a silicone resin, (B) 0.01-10wt.% of an adsorbable silicone oil, (C) 0.01-10wt.% of dimethylsilicone oil, (D) 0.01-20wt.% of a surfactant (preferably a nonionic surfactant), and preferably further (E) 0.01-20wt.% of a glycol compound. |
