The anti-theft device consists of a balloon within the passenger compartment of the vehicle and which is linked to a means of inflation and deflation. When the balloon is inflated it occupies the whole of the volume of the front part of the vehicle, and it totally suppresses any visibility of the contents.It is manufactured from a resistant material, which is opaque and is a derivative of carbon fibre materials. The inflation device can be activated and controlled by the vehicle user and is also can be operated in conjunction with the door unlocking mechanism. It is also linked to a pressure sensor, which activates an alarm system if the balloon is deflated by any means other than the deflation device.
