<p>PURPOSE: To incorporate a valve body and a valve spring by stably holding them by a guide cylinder when joining work of a cylinder body and a plug is performed by arranging the valve body and the valve spring in a delivery chamber in order to guide opening-closing actuation of the valve body by housing the valve body and the valve spring in a joinging condition of the cylinder body and the plug. CONSTITUTION: A bottomed cylindrical plug 28 forming a delivery chamber 27 between it and an outside surface of an end wall 24a is joined to a cylinder body 24 of a cylinder shape, and a plunger 26 forming a pump chamber 25 between it and an inside surface of the end wall 24a is fitted in the cylinder body 24 so as to be capable of reciprocatively swinging. A delivery valve 15 is housed and arranged in the delivery chamber 27. When such a liquid-operated pump is assembled, before the cylinder body 24 and the plug 28 are joined together by calking, a valve body 42 and a valve spring 43 of the delivery valve 15 arranged in the delivery chamber 27 are held by a guide cylinder 451 whose one end is fixed to the plug 28. In this condition, the cylinder body 24 and the plug 28 are joined together by calking, and after joining is finished, opening-closing actuation of the valve body 42 is guided by the guide cylinder 451 .</p> |
