PURPOSE: To improve the operability at the time of table processing by previously setting a specific range of row and column editing and performing the editing only within the set range. CONSTITUTION: As shown in Figure (a), the inverted cell area (domain) is selected as a start position and a cursor 10 is moved up and down, and right and left to select an object range (Here, the range from a cell position B2 to a D6 is selected as shown in Figure (b)). Then an editing area is set within the range from the cell position B2 to the D6. This setting method is similar to a method which setting the modification (meshing, ruled line, etc.) of cells and similar to a method of holding data (information). Thus, when the attribute of the object range is set in advance, the row and column editing of the specific area is made effect and held until the setting is reset. |
