<p>PURPOSE: To make a clerk in charge unnecessary to prepare a customer file and to reduce clerk's input work at the time of issuing a commutation ticket by storing a condition inputted at the time of first batch issue for each purchase group and using the stored data for succeeding issue. CONSTITUTION: A name transfer part 23 constituted of a CCD or the like reads out an image from a name column of an inserted purchase application form and converts the read image into picture element data. When an issue condition of a commutation ticket and a purchase group name are inputted from a clerk in charge based upon contents described in the application form, a CPU 20 prepares issue data consisting of the inputted issue condition and the image read out from the name column and stores the prepared data in a magnetic disk device 26 for every purchase group name based upon a code inputted from the clerk. When a batch issue (continuous mode) indication the batch issue instruction of commutation tickets for every purchase group and the purchase group name are set up, the CPU 20 retrieves and reads out issue data corresponding to the specified purchase group name from the device 26 and collectively issues plural commutation tickets.</p> |
