<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a pattern detection apparatus by which the speed of a collation is made fast by providing an input layer to which pattern data is input, a collation layer which collates whether the pattern data agrees with any unit pattern and a transition check layer which checks the order of the unit pattern with which the pattern data agrees. CONSTITUTION: Pattern data is input to a rotate node 11 for an input layer 10 from a patterning means. A monitoring-point node 12 confirms whether pattern data which is output from the route node 11 is the same as that stored in a monitoring point. When it is the same, the pattern data is fetched into so as to be output to a pattern collation layer 20. A collation node 21 for the collation layer 20 confirms whether the pattern data which is output from the node 12 is the same as a unit pattern. When it is the same, it is output to a transition check layer 30. In a transition check node 31 for the check layer 30, pieces of process data are output from the node 21 and other transition check nodes. When their order is correct, the pieces of process data are confirmed so as to be output to a restriction check layer 40 or an integration layer 50.</p> |
