PURPOSE: To provide favorable cushioning action by providing a restraint member having a restraint part restraining swelling deformation of the outside of an elastic frame body, and non-restraint part provided on the part corresponding to the side circumferential part nearby the opening of the elastic frame body and allowing swelling deformation outward of the elastic frame body. CONSTITUTION: When an engine is oscillated and a shock is applied to a projecting end 21, the projecting end 21 is brought in contact with a rubber stopper part 15b and pressed on the base part 1 side, the part of the elastic frame body corresponding to a restraint part 41 is obstructed to deform, and a thin wall part 24 corresponding to a non-restraint part 44 is deformed outward. At this time, because the elastic frame body is obstructed to deform by the restraint part 41, pressure in a first working chamber 26 rises largely, and reversely fluid 3 in the first working chamber 26 flows toward the second working chamber 27 through an orifice passage 28 by deformation of the thin wall part 24. Thus, flowing of the fluid 3 is promoted, viscous resistance is increased so as to generate large liquid pressure damping force, and a shock on the projecting end 21 is cushioned. Consequently, the fluid 3 is promoted to flow, viscous resistance is increased, and hence cushioning action is generated. |
