PURPOSE: To prevent oil or others from fouling the surface of a filter cover or from dropping in oil drops downward from the surface of the filter cover by forming a stage part below the surface of the filter cover so as to be inclined downward to an oil receiving part. CONSTITUTION: A filter cover 1 is retained with a retaining hole 12 of a holder part 10 of a filter 8 caught on a rib 13 of the filter cover 1. A stage part 15 is formed below the filter cover 1 and inclined downward to an oil receiving part 4. Therefore, even when oil or others on the filter 8 trickles downward, the oil or others trickled downward is guided to the oil receiving part 4 along the stage part 15. Thus, this prevents the oil or others from fouling the surface of the filter cover 1 or from dropping in oil drops from the surface of the filter cover 1 even when the oil or others attached excessively trickles downward. |
