A hinge for a sliding-type cellular phone is provided to configure a mobile conversion spring consisting of a main mobile conversion spring and a sub mobile conversion spring disposed to overlap together, thereby reducing an occupying area of the mobile conversion spring as easily assembling the spring. A guide rail unit(10) has an oblong-shaped guide plate(11). A slider(20) is combined to slide on the guide rail unit. Bush clips(50) made of synthetic resin materials are mounted on the guide plate and the slider, respectively. A mobile conversion spring(30) is installed between the guide plate and the slider. A restricting plate(43) is combined with the mobile conversion spring. A separation location stopper(42) and an arrangement location stopper(41) are combined with upper and lower ends of the guide rail unit, respectively.
