PURPOSE: To provide a vibrator for piezoelectric vibration gyroscope having such a structure that a lead wire can be taken out from all electrodes with one surface of a prismatic vibrator having a square section. CONSTITUTION: An electrode is provided on the end surface 15 vertical to the axial direction of a prismatic piezoelectric ceramic, earth electrodes formed on both opposed side surfaces 11, 13 are made common, an electrode is also provided on the other end surface 16 vertical to the axial direction, and a driving electrode 6 is distributed onto the side surface 13 having the earth electrode 9 and detecting electrodes 8, 10. |
