<p>The essence of the invention resides in that an intensity (J) of a luminous flux (Ζ) perceived by driver's eyes (1) is periodically reduced by alternating periods (tp, to) of transmission or attenuation of the luminous flux (Ζ). The luminous flux intensity (J) is reduced with the aid of controlled light filters (5) with a variable translucency (Tr) located on the transport vehicle being driven and adapted to be brightened for the period (tp) of brightening pulses (TrI), or be attenuated for the period (to) of attenuation, with the pulse repetition period T. The apparent brightness reduction ratio is equal to T/tp. Lighting units (3) of the transport vehicle being driven generate a luminous flux as a sequence of light pulses (I3) in synchronism with the brightening pulses (TrI), a frequency (F) of the light pulses (I3) exceeding ten pulses per second.</p> |
