METHOD OF CERAMIC MEMBRANE PRODUCTION

FIELD: production of semipermeable ceramic microporous membranes used in separation and purification processes. SUBSTANCE: membrane is made by application of suspension layer on porous carrier, drying and calcining of produced blank. To avoid formation of defects during membrane production application of layer (layers) is exercised by suspension, solid phase of which is made of nonmelting during calcining particles of filler, which is used to form membrane layer. Filler particles are covered by shell of glass binder. Alumoboronsilicate ceramics is used as filler with shell. EFFECT: method allows to avoid defects during membrane production. 2 cl, 2 tbl
