FIELD: manufacture of hygienic facilities, particular, designs of tampons proper and methods for their manufacture. SUBSTANCE: hygienic tampon and method for its manufacture has body of revolution formed of fibrous material to which thread is attached for its convenient withdrawal. Novelty consists in that the body of revolution has hollows and density of external layers of fibrous material exceeds that of the central layers. Method for manufacture of hygienic tampons from fibrous material includes cutting of intermediate product, attachment of the thread, coiling on fork and formation of body of revolution of the required configuration. Novelty consists also in the fact that formation of tampon body is accomplished concurrently with coiling. EFFECT: higher absorbing capacity and increased efficiency of tampon manufacture. 1 dwg |
