PURPOSE:To prevent a connection control signal and a position informing signal by transmitting a position informing signal from a radio connecting equipment in a radio line controller only when no control channel is used by at least other adjacent radio connecting equipment through the control. CONSTITUTION:A position registration control section 35 in a radio line controller 30 detects the position of each radio telephone set and stores it in a position registration memory 31 and its control means consists of a control channel use deciding means 35a, a position informing control means 35b and a position registration control means 35c. The deciding means 35a decides whether or not a controller using a control channel in radio connecting equipment in the system from the control state of a channel control section 32 prior to the position informing signal when an optical radio connecting equipment reaches the transmission timing of the position informing signal. Moreover, the presence or absence of the use of the control channel by other adjacent system is decided from the result of detection of a supervisory and controlling section 36, and the control means 35b gives a transmission command of the position informing signal to the radio connecting equipment only when no control channel is used.
