FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to dentistry and to be used for oral hygiene. A scaling hand excavator is made of dental steel and comprises a handle with both-sides pins and blade cutters each moon-shaped of radius 1.5 mm. The cutting edge of a moon is incurved by profiles of tooth root and neck surfaces. The cutting edge angle is 70 degrees and bevelled from a flat face to spherical back of the blade. ^ EFFECT: eliminated or minimised injuries of gum and gingival papillae in solid and soft scaling within oral and vestibular tooth surfaces, more rapid scaling, lower efforts in operation. ^ 2 dwg |
