FIELD: plasma-chemical engineering; production of highly dispersed metal or metalloid oxides from metal-containing liquid agents. SUBSTANCE: plasma-chemical reactor has plasma generator, mixing chamber with injectors for spraying solution, reaction chamber with gas supply pipes that accommodates coaxially installed main shell in the form of truncated cone with its smaller side acing mixing chamber and larger one resting on reaction chamber wall, and it also has solid-product receiver. Reaction chamber is provided, in addition, with one or more shells in the form of truncated cone placed coaxially in respect to main one on its larger side and facing with its smaller sides the mixing chamber. External diameter of smaller side of first additional conical shell is smaller than inner diameter of larger side of main shell and outer diameter of smaller side of each next conical shell is smaller than inner diameter of larger side of preceding shell. Each conical shell rests through its larger side on reaction chamber wall. EFFECT: improved operating stability of reactor due to preventing deposition of products on inner walls. |
