FIELD: heating engineering, method and apparatus are used in process of watered fuel sprays burning in particular. SUBSTANCE: method of liquid mediums preparations for spraying provides for pressurized liquid medium feeding and its gas impregnation before spraying. New thing in the method is the fact, that liquid medium gas impregnation is exercised by electrolysis of its components disintegrated for gas-shaped components. In the case as liquid medium they use watered fuel, gas impregnation of which is exercised by electrolytic disintegration, of water being component of the liquid medium. For example, water-coal suspension or water residual oil emulsion are used as watered fuel. Apparatus for realization of method of liquid mediums preparation for spraying has body, branch pipe to feed liquid medium and liquid medium gas impregnation block. New thing in the method is that structure of liquid medium gas impregnation block is made in the form of two pipes coaxially mounted inside body and connected to direct current source. EFFECT: method allows to decrease production costs, to increase reliability of apparatus. |
