FIELD: mechanical engineering; tractor and combine tracks. SUBSTANCE: fabric frame is vulcanized with special shape metal crossmembers together with rubber-lined solid rolling path and special-shaped grousers. Traction effort is transmitted by forces of adhesion from steel crossmember to belt frame without any fastening members. To preclude twisting of belt, guide ribs are provided developed in width and height; sufficient cross rigidity of bent section serves the same purpose. As frame is vulcanized in solid rubber directly to special shape crossmembers, initial stretching of part of track occurs on insignificant length sections of bending between crossmembers and, with due account of large safety margin, is equal to fractions of millimeter per pitch. Stretching disappears in process of primary running-in under action of dynamic loads in process of "hardening". EFFECT: increased specific strength, as compared with wire rope frames. 4 cl, 3 dwg |
