摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To improve the recovery rate of product gas and to increase the generation of the gas per adsorbent by increasing gradually the flow rate of recovery gas in a raw material supply part while exhaust operation in an adsorption column after a regeneration process being continued. CONSTITUTION: In an adsorption column B after an adsorption process and an adsorption column C after a purging exhaust stage, the product discharge side and the raw material supply side are connected, and gas in the upper part of the column B is introduced from the upper part of the column C, while gas in the lower part of the column B is introduced from the lower part of the column C. In this process, the exhaust valve 15c of the column C is fully opened, but the exhaust valve 15b of the column B is gradually opened from a fully closed state to a fully opened state. Gas in the upper part of the column is controlled by a valve 5 to a prescribed flow rate, and the flow rate of gas in the lower part of the column is increased gradually in accordance with the opening speed of the valve 15b. In this way, the abrupt inflow of gas from the gas release side to the gas acceptance side can be prevented so that the product recovery rate and the gas production are improved preventing excessive components which are adsorbed easily from flowing into the gas acceptance side.</p>
