PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing device for preventing mutual infection from objects to be packed. SOLUTION: A funnel 12 widespreads outwardly in a direction to a rim 15 and a flexible tube 5 drawn beyond the rim passes through a converged region on the widespreading inner face of the funnel. The funnel is provided to be manually rotated by the rim so that the tube 5 is twisted when a package 9 is closed, and the diameter of the funnel located at the rim is large enough for a non-dirt layer at a portion of the tube widespreading over the face of the funnel to exist.
