PURPOSE: To provide a blade for electrophotographic equipment, the surface of which has an improved smoothness and has practically no irregularities. CONSTITUTION: A blade 1 for electrophotographic equipment consists of a blade member 2 made of a urethane elastomer and a rigid supporter 3 which are joined to each other, and the urethane elastomer is composed principally of dimethylpolysiloxane and contains 5-200ppm silicon compound having a viscosity of 50-10000cSt at 25 deg.C, and the blade member 2 is prepared by a centrifugal molding method. |
