FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises thermal engine, traction device, two reactive induction electric machines, two electronic switches, power electric buses, electric power accumulator and control unit. One electric machine is articulated with thermal engine, another one being linked with traction device. Control unit is connected to electronic switches. Electric power accumulator is connected to power buses. Reactive induction machines comprises rotor with its shaft supporting toothed magnetic core, and stator with poles and phase windings. The latter represent concentrated coils fitted on stator poles.
