<p>PURPOSE: To obtain egg alcoholic drink capable of suppressing separation of docosahexaenoic acid without lowering taste and keeping quality and excellent in physiologically active effect and palatability by adding a lipid containing docosahexaenoic acid to an egg alcoholic drink component. CONSTITUTION: This egg alcoholic drink is obtained by adding a lipid containing preferably >=60wt.% docosahexaenoic acid to an egg alcoholic drink component. Furthermore, a lipid containing docosahexaenoic acid is emulsified together with egg and then, water-containing ethyl alcohol is added to the emulsion. Thereby, oxidation of docosahexaenoic acid is preferably prevented.</p> |
