The frame devices hold the sheet material (5, 6) tensioned so that a closed,air-filled chamber (3) is formed and in the storage position can be collapsed together, allowing the sheet material to flatten so that the lance forms a flat body. The floating body (1) and the chamber incorporated an auxiliary floating body (4) with such floating force that it can support the lance in the water surface even if the chamber is pressed together or is filled with eater e.g. by puncture of the sheet material and incorporates a non-puncture-sensitive displacement body, pref. one (13) of soft, pliable material with low bulk density such as foam plastic. The frame device incorporates an elongated part (31) fastened in the lance sheet material and upright in the lance usage position. It also has a displaceable locating device with two arms pivotable between a position in towards the frame part and a positioned extended away from it for stretching the sheet material in the usage position. |
