The free angle turn-about system for a vehicle(1) parked in a narrow parking lot can change the forward direction of the parked vehicle. The system includes one or two front actuating units(2) installed at the bottom center of the engine room and a pair of rear actuating units(2) mounted on a turntable(60) with a pinion gear(61) and a guide ring wheel(63) which is installed at the rear bottom center of the vehicle. Each actuating unit includes a hydraulic cylinder(16) which can fold and stretch a pivot cylinder(13) out to be perpendicular to the bottom frame of the vehicle. The front pivot cylinder having a pivot post(41) with a caster(40) and the rear pivot cylinder having a pair of pivot pins(31) actuates the pivot post and the pivot pins to be extended out by the hydraulic pressure. The vehicle can be lifted by the pivot post(41) having a caster(40) and a pair of pivot pins(31). The front part of the vehicle can be swiveled with the front caster by the rotation of the turntable posted by a pair of rear pivot pins so that the heading direction of the vehicle may be changed.
