The system of identification includes a bracelet and case similar in appearance to a wristwatch. The bracelet which may be made of metal, wood, plastic or other materials is secured by a clasp guiding strips of adhering material together and bears a message indicating it's use for identification. The case which would normally carry a watch mechanism houses a disc or strip which has the name, address, telephone number, person to contact and details of any special medical problems printed on it. The case is hermetically sealed and watertight due to the indented joints between the glass and the strap.
