<p>The invention has its object to use a compact vibration proof construction to positively prevent vibrations generated at the time of punch working from being transmitted to a laser processing head and a laser generator, thereby preventing the displacement of an optical system in a laser processing machine. The laser generator (19) is provided separately from a body frame (1) which supports a punch working head (4), and the laser processing head (18) is supported on the body frame (1) through an air spring to be mounted thereto offset from the punch working head.
