The present invention relates to a strainer for a drain port, comprising: a bottom part (100) which is in a circular or a polygonal shape to be inserted into a drain port (D), and on which a plurality of through holes (110) are formed; a plurality of side parts (200) radially spaced from each other, coupled to the bottom part (100) to form a tilt angle with the bottom part (100), and formed to be able to move inwards or outwards on an edge of the bottom part (100); blade parts (300) whose one side is coupled to any one edge of both internal surfaces of the side part (200), and an other side overlapped with the other internal edge as the side part (200) internally moves; a latching projection (500) which protrudes outwards from a top of the side part (200), and formed to be able to mount on a top edge of the drain port (D); and a handle grip part (400) protruding upwards from a center of the bottom part (100). Accordingly, the strainer for the drain port is able to easily be installed regardless of a diameter of the drain port to which food waste and water are discharged together along with a sink; and is able to effectively filter foreign materials such as food waste. |
