The present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing socks with enhanced restoring force using a stretchable fabric, wherein socks products knitted by a knitting machine is made and then heat is applied to surfaces of the knitted socks, thereby manufacturing socks having excellent restoring force and socks functions. The purpose of the present invention is to provide socks with enhanced restoring force by modifying manufacturing processes such that socks products knitted by a knitting machine are made and then the finished socks are further subjected to a heating process. According to the present invention, as for the processing of socks, socks products knitted by a knitting machine are made; a plurality of the knitted socks are put in a heating case; the socks are first heated for 30-40 minutes by setting a temperature selected from 55-80 °C the socks are heated for 30-45 minutes at a temperature higher than the temperature for the first heating; the plurality of the socks are put in a freezer; the socks are cooled for about 30 minutes at a temperature of -10 to 25 °C the plurality of the socks are again put in a heating case; and the socks are dried at a temperature selected from 30-120°C, and as a result, socks with enhanced restoring force are manufactured. The socks of the present invention have excellent restoring force compared with conventional completed socks and can be used for a longer time compared with conventional completed socks. |
