The present invention relates to a biocompatible solubilized scaffold extract derived from decellularized organ tissues, a method for producing the same, and a use of the same. More specifically, the present invention provides a method for producing a biocompatible solubilized scaffold extract (SSE) derived from decellularized organ tissues; a biocompatible SSE derived from decellularized organ tissues, wherein the SSE is produced according to the method; and a culturing container coating composition for culturing or differentiating stem cells, wherein the culturing container coating composition includes the SSE as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, a biocompatible SSE derived from decellularized organ tissues and a culturing container coating composition including the same show that decellularized liver pieces may provide biomimetic 2D and 3D micro-environments for the survival of stem cells, and can be effectively used in differentiating and culturing stem cells. The culturing container coating composition comprises a biocompatible SSE derived from decellularized organ tissues, glutaraldehyde, and gelatin. |
