<p>A flow rate controller in a flow rate control valve (41) of an internal combustion engine. When a control valve is operated in a closing direction upon the occurrence of an abnormal state in a flow rate control valve such as sticking, vibration having a resonance frequency is imparted to the valve so that a sliding resistance force of a screw mechanism can be lowered and the valve can be closed. To prevent problems with the flow rate control valve such as out-of-operation, a setting time is added to a motor driving cycle in accordance with a motor torque fluctuation state. Because the flow rate control valve can be closed reliably and out-of-operation of the flow rate valve can be thus prevented, an incorrect operation of the engine (46) can be avoided.</p> |
