System for fuse couplers in integrated circuit

The system includes has interface circuit, a logic circuit, and a burning and safety circuit. The interface circuit receives input power signals using several terminal pins. The logic circuit detects the power input signal, received by the interface circuit, and transmits a first signal, if the fuse or safety couplers should not melt, nor provide safety steps. It delivers a second signal for the fuse and safety couplers actuation. The burning and safety circuit provides the fuse and safety coupler actuation in response to the second output signal of the logic circuit. Pref. the interface circuit receives a clock signal, a data signal, and a power signal via three separate terminal pins.
