The present disclosure is related to a system that comprises a drive gear, which is connected via an electric motor (servo) that is activated when the control system executes a rotation command to the drive gear, thereby proceeding to turn and allowing a plurality of elements to raise or lower as required; or in tail rotation systems for allowing the flaps to rotate so that the wind flow over the fuselage causes a positive effect on the displacement of the aircraft. This system can be coupled to an entire system such as those found in the empennage/tail, or operate independently as in the case of propulsion engines which have independent arms. The systems are protected in a large housing which is the base of the flaps and rotate in order to make better use the air flow that exists on the fuselage.
