PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for reducing power consumption by an operation unintended by a user.SOLUTION: In the case that no operation is performed for a fixed period of time and that suspense & resume are repeated, it is determined that a power ON state is set unintentionally.
